This product uses honey from Tomiya, Miyagi Prefecture, known for its rich aroma and flavor, from the producer "EIGHT CROWNS".
We will be selling our classic Afternoon Tea set and tropical roll cakes, perfect for summer.

Peaches from the land of tribute peaches and EIGHT CROWNS - Summer Fruit Afternoon Tea Set -
This peach-themed parfait features a refreshing yogurt mousse base accented with aronia and hibiscus sauces. A soft, tender compote is layered on top, preserving the natural texture of the peach flesh and bringing out a deeper sweetness distinct from fresh peaches. Also making its debut is EIGHT CROWNS' 'WILDFLOWER TRADITIONAL MEAD,' a fermented beverage made with honey, water, and yeast. The gentle sweetness and deep richness of the mead combine to create a fragrant and satisfying taste. Peaches marinated in mint and olive oil, paired with salty prosciutto, are combined with white wine jelly and honey, creating a perfect treat for this time of year.
