Easter Afternoon Tea Set ~ Celebration of Spring ~
The Easter Bunny yogurt mousse complements the passion fruit sauce for a refreshing taste. We offer a spring-filled menu featuring smooth cherry blossom panna cotta andbite-sizedstrawberry daifuku. Afternoon Tea set, featuring Easter egg-shaped dragées and chick-shaped cream puffs, is perfect for the spring celebration season. The savory sandwich features "Taketori Egg" from Shiraishi, Miyagi Prefecture, and shrimp, paired with a mayonnaise-based sauce made with cornichons, capers, and lemon, all sandwiched between whole-wheat bread. Smoked salmon trout and macedoine salad, served with a sherry vinegar dressing that combines the sweetness and spice of aged aging, are garnished with consommé jelly and presented in an Easter-inspired egg dish.

Matcha and cherry blossom swiss roll cake
Tapioca flour is kneaded into the matcha dough, giving it a chewy texture. The white chocolate topping is decorated with cherry blossom petals that give it a slightly salty taste, bringing out the cherry blossom bean paste and cherry blossom puree cream, making this a swiss roll cake that you can enjoy both sweet and salty flavors.
