We offer items perfect for early summer, such as a fruity blueberry roll cake, a juicy melon tart, and cookies coated in blue chocolate. The parfait, with its strawberry bean paste resembling a hydrangea, is layered with apricot compote, almond jelly, and crumble, and topped with butterfly pea jelly, offering a delightful balance of sweetness and texture.
