The Jack-o'-lantern, a symbol of Halloween, is transformed into a pumpkin Mont Blanc by encasing custard in a gently sweet pumpkin cream.
This adorable black cat parfait features layers of chestnut and chocolate mousse, topped with Chantilly cream, figs, and other ingredients, accented with matcha crumble and chestnuts, offering a variety of flavors and textures to enjoy.
For the savory course, we offer a delightful harmony of rich pumpkin mousse paired with a Grand Marnier jelly infused with the vibrant aroma of orange.
